The 1-1/2" PVC DWV Cleanout Tee with  Cleanout Plug has a solvent weld Hub x Hub connection with standard raised head cleanout plug in the center. It is used with drain, waste and vent piping to connect PVC piping lengths. PVC requires the use of a primer before cementing joints together.
