We are here to help you. We accept returns of products for exchange or will give you a store credit, less shipping charges. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition. We are not able to accept returns that do not meet these requirements. You have 30 days from the delivery date to make a return. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will exchange the item or issue you a store credit for the amount originally paid for the product less the initial delivery charge. To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please follow the 3 step process:
1. Please Contact Us to let us know to expect your return (include your order number and email address). If the item you received was damaged, please let us know within 48 hours from the item delivery.
2. You are to return the item to Wholesale Industrial Supply, 180 Godfrey Road, Forest City NC 28043 within 30 days.
3. Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Your credit (less the original shipping cost) will be processed and applied to your store account after receiving the returned item. Your store credit may be used for future purchases.
