The Plastic extension lid is a cover for water or sewer accesses.  Manufactured in the USA by Plastic Oddities, “Friend of the Plumber”.  The cover fits 6” diameter pipe.  It is available in green color for use as a water cover and in black color for use as a sewer cover.
